Offices at the Royal Executive Center are fully-loaded with features. Unlike other business centers, we don't believe in charging extra for every single add-on service - instead, our goal is to help you get the most out of your new office space. As such, here are just some of the ammenities our clients have access to:
Reception
Reception and secretarial services provided. Your clients are greeted and received in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. We also provide personalized telephone answering.
Meeting Rooms
Our tenants enjoy 6 hours of complimentary* boardroom rental time each month and have access to Waterloo Region’s most high-tech boardroom featuring multi-screen video conferencing and smart whiteboard technology. Breakout offices are also available for impromptu meetings or brainstorming sessions. Full-featured to accommodate 2-20 or more.
Parking
City of Kitchener paid parking is conveniently located across the street from us. Additionally, free parking (up to 2 hours) is available on the streets surrounding the building. We can also provide you with parking vouchers for your guests.
Kitchen
Royal Executive business center clients have access to a kitchen facility with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee service with a full variety of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks.
Internet Service
High-speed internet connectivity - both wired and wireless - is included with each office at no extra charge!
VoIP Phone Service
Through our partner Netcelerate, clients can implement a professional Voice over IP (VoIP) Phone System with a wide array of value-added features including Follow Me, Web Access to messages and phone features, soft phones, and much more.
